The Shanghai Metro Museum (Phase I), the first metro museum in China, was officially opened on Oct 28, 2014. The 5,000-square-meter museum is located near the Ziteng Road Station of Shanghai Metro Line 10.

The Shanghai Metro Museum displays the metro's development, functions, cultural aspects, safety features and famous metro lines in the world.
