Chen Jie, president of Tongji University, said that the university is striving to strengthen AI research and education and that he was glad to see so many outstanding alumni giving birth to innovative AI companies.
Chen said he hoped the fair would serve as a platform for university-enterprise cooperation in scientific innovation and help connect the university with its alumni.
The fair featured exhibition areas on intelligent transportation, intelligent cities, data intelligence, intelligent life, intelligent environmental protection, intelligent manufacturing and construction, and innovation and entrepreneurship.
Alumni demonstrated their AI achievements through displays, exchange, campus recruitment, and other activities.
They showed a keen interest in promoting cooperation in information, technology, talent, and capital among the government, the AI industry, and the university.
