The School of Humanities of Shanghai Jiao Tong University recently launched a global relay for international students to share videos about their studies and lives outside school.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, international students haven't been able to return to campus, and the activity is meant to bring international students from around the world together and offer them a way to communicate with other students.
Some international students who have remained in China throughout the COVID-19 outbreak shared stories about their life in China amid the epidemic. Australian student Danny Gu said he felt very safe in China and thanked teachers for their concern about his health.
Italian student Marco Mazzola said he has read China's letter to international students encouraging them to share their experiences in China with the outside world. He has visited more than 20 Chinese cities over the past eight years and said he is looking forward to sharing his travel experiences with more foreigners.
