管斌.jpgGuan Bin

Doctor of Education, associate professor of the university’s International Cultural Exchange School.

Guan Bin received her doctoral degree from Shanghai Normal University. Guan Bin has published 19 academic papers based on independent research; several of them were published in such key academic journals as Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index as well as in foreign journals.
She has chaired one education science research project at provincial level, a project of Shanghai Association of Higher Education. And another research project at provincial level one is under her chairmanship now.

雷淑娟.jpgLei Shujuan

Associate professor, graduate advisor and director of the university’s Business Chinese Department.

Lei Shujuan is engaged in teaching Chinese as a foreign language in the university’s International Cultural Exchange School.
Lei Shujuan has visited Korean and Japanese universities to give speeches about modern Chinese and also for academic exchanges. In addition, she has published a monograph and compiled two textbooks independently. She was in charge of the construction of the university’s advanced business Chinese textbooks. To date, Lei has published over 30 academic papers in academic journals.

柳岳梅.jpgLiu Yuemei

Associate professor and graduate advisor in the university’s International Cultural Exchange School.

Liu has published academic papers and monographs in some authoritative academic journals. She has chaired research projects at university level and provincial level in these fields.
Moreover, Liu has done some research into teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and has published some papers about teaching textbooks and teaching science.
She has launched courses on Chinese ancient literature and culture for both undergraduates and postgraduates. Also she has provided primary, intermediate and advanced Chinese courses for the university’s foreign students, as well as Chinese culture courses for them.

汪如东.jpgWang Rudong

Associate professor of the university’s International Cultural Exchange school, a member of the Chinese Dialect Society

He is now mainly engaged in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. In respect of teaching, he provides for both Chinese and foreign undergraduate students with courses including Chinese reading, Chinese listening and advanced Chinese, as well as postgraduate programs such as the theory of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. He specializes in teaching Chinese to Japanese and Korean students.
He has published four monographs which focus on such themes as modern Chinese language and dialect. His publications include 45 research papers on Chinese language, dialect and the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.He has also chaired or joined in three research projects at national and provincial levels.

徐巍.jpgXu Wei

Associate professor, graduate advisor in the university’s International Cultural Exchange School

He has published a monograph discussing the visual culture and modern and contemporary Chinese fiction, as well as 50 papers in key journals such as Academic Monthly. 
He has been in charge of two social science fund projects at Shanghai and at national level respectively, and taken part in one provincial research project.

周红.jpgZhou Hong

Graduate advisor in the university’s International Cultural Exchange School

Zhou published her first academic paper in 2004, and to date, she has published more than 40 papers together with one monograph.  She was in charge of five projects, at national, provincial and university levels respectively. She is currently responsible for one National Social Science Fund project. She has completed nine Business Chinese textbooks as chief-editor, and taken part in the edition of four textbooks on teaching Chinese as a foreign language.

Modern Chinese grammar, in addition to the theory of teaching Chinese as a foreign language
